KB: Echo

Echo is VeroTerra's NPS engine. With this NPS engine, you can conduct traditional NPS surveys and review verbatims provided by your customers.

1. Create an NPS template

2. Create a campaign using the template and give the campaign a name

3. Import your customer email addresses you'd like to send an NPS survey to by selecting a csv file and clicking upload.

4. Verify that the imported data looks correct

5. Click "Create Campaign"

Note: Please ensure that you've already created a SMTP server in "Edit Company"
