Hartford Federal Credit Union Selects VeroTerra’s Amplify AI Powered Platform to Enhance Member Experience and Reduce Churn


BALTIMORE — VeroTerra announced today that Hartford Federal Credit Union will deploy  Amplify AI-powered member feedback platform from VeroTerra across its branch network, with rollout expected to begin within the next couple months.


The implementation marks a significant step in Hartford Federal Credit Union’s commitment to improving member experience and proactively addressing member satisfaction and retention.
